Kim Bali vs Assam House

Kim Bali was known as Assam House few years ago. It is famous of its Assam Fish Head and other nyonya dishes. My dad’s colleague recommends him of this branch in First Garden, an area miles away from town. Surprisingly we didn’t patron the nearest branch to our house in town.
