* overdue post *

This is my first time to Sincero Riverbank. I must somehow show its beautiful environment here even this is my overdue post. The kids and I celebrated their papa’s birthday here on the 27th November night. My kids were delighted as they have been quarantined at home for a few months since their skin disease outbreak.

That night, Shirley was joining us for the celebration too. Her birthday is same like my hubby. So, I suggested we ‘killed two birds with one stone‘ ! Wasn’t it more fun to celebrate together!

Our dinner sets started with mushroom soup and carrot soup. I like the carrot soup. It gave me a different creamy taste besides all those common mushroom and chicken soup.

Main Course (a) : Roast Lamb

I thought to order some sandwiches for my kids as they couldn’t eat any fried stuff, but they didn’t offer such in menu. Guess what? I ordered my DIY pizza without cheese at all! Just plain Haiwaiian pizza with only turkey ham, pineapple slice, capsicum and tomato sauce!

Do you it would be tasty without cheese? No choice, eczema kids can’t take dairy products.

Anyway, this pizza was definitely lousy, not to mention about the absence of cheese. The biscuit itself was not crispy at all!

Even though this chocolate mousse looked lovely, we couldn’t take in any more. The portion of main courses were big and this dessert was a bit too creamy and sweet!

To complete the celebration, we had a cake cutting ceremony at the cafe. My kids couldn’t help to taste the birthday cake. Check out the lovely Black Forest from here ……

The above were the outside scene of the cafe. It was a busy and happening place during the weekends. Thursday night was a quiet night. Good too, I could snap more peaceful photos here. This is a romantic place for couples indeed, especially enjoying live band while sipping on their wine.
