Dim Sum Starts In Sin Fonzie Cafe

There are varieties of shanghai dim sum in Sin Fonzie Cafe now. A Hong Kong chef has been hired to prepare such specialties in the cafe.
Shanghai Siu Loong Pao (上海小笼包)
Minced pork and prawn in fillings. Nice.
Hedgehog Pao
Wth crushed dragon fruits and butter mixed fillings. Don’t be scared by its color. Yes, it is red! No artificial coloring included. No worry.
Mushroom Dim Sum (蘑菇卖)
Just an update on the new items in Sin Fonzie Cafe. If you happen to be there, do try out the yummy claypot ramen introduced in my earlier post. Don’t judge by its look. Believe me, they are thumbs-up….good!
