Sea Cucumber Provides More Collagen

When one is getting old, there will be lots of health problem arise. Therefore, I am very particular in my lifestyle and food. To me, these are the root cause of all sickness.

Old people often encounter problem like knee joint pain, which makes them difficult in walking. I feel that these people need more collagen for supplement. One way to get more fresh collagen, not by taking pills of course, is consume more sea cucumber (gamat). You can cook it as dessert soup. It helps to soothe and moisture our throat as well. Moreover, our skin will look smoother too! :)
