I have to figure something for my kids and myself. Our body immune systems are really weak and low. We can fall sick easily whenever people around us are infected. It can drag us till few months time with the different viruses aroused in our bodies! We just take our turns. One would get flu, then the second, and last which is me! Then the next stage is sore throat, with cough and lastly would be fever if continuously……the viruses attack would be on and off! I am fed up of running to the clinics!
Are we lack of something? We do take healthy supplements and drink clean water. Nowadays, I even make mix fruit and vegetables juice for all. Yes, I admit we all don’t have enough sleep, which is very important in healthy lifestyle. Besides, we are lack of exercise too. When I heard my friend that her son requests for wakeboard surfing and atv racing
lessons, I was amazed. That little boy is just 6! He is so sporting. Maybe inherited from his father. My boy would have chicken legs when facing the activities! His legs will shake when crossing a bridge! LOL
At least some activities to move their bodies……hmmm….I plan to arrange them for hip hop dancing and swimming. One step to enhance strong bodies in them.

The kids and I are infected with sore throat and cough. We had visited the doctor and she has prescribed some medicine for us except antibiotics. She suggested us to use natural medication first like consuming more Vitamin C and gargle with salt water often since our condition are not too critical.
I went to the organic shop and I was recommended manuka with propolis to be mixed in warm water, encouraged to be taken once every four hourly. The staff there are very friendly. I am quite a regular customer to them. Just an disadvantage with this shop. The owner is still using the outdated computer system and it delays the time whenever customers want to pay. I suggest ls2208 to the staff so that they can propose to their boss. No customers would want to wait for long time when paying. I am just trying to help in improving their service. Hope they would accept my comment.
Well, with manuka and propolis, it shows improvement in our conditions. I now add organic lemon juice and organic pear juice together in the drink. I hope this will double up the progress.

My son is a very pampered boy. Even though he is already five, he always wants me to carry him. I am so scared when he requests me to carry him up and down the stairs at home. As days pass, my energy weakens while my age increases.
Although my boy is only 14kg, I feel that he is getting heavier to me. I feel shoulder pain, backbone ache and joint pain around my arms these days. As though I have gone through a tough physical training lately!
With no hesitation, I would remember my spa at home. When I get pain like this, I would quickly do the hydrotherapy ultrasonic spa continuously at home for few days. I will relax myself in my lovely tub and let my whole body being massaged by the hitting bubbles. It does help effectively in joint pain relief. Thank God for my encounter of this treatment. Thanks to my friend too for introducing it to me. Although the investment of the spa machine is expensive at first, but it is worth as it lasts for life time if I take good care of it.

When I look into the mirror in the morning, I can the dark circle under my eye is getting darker each day. I don’t have enough sleep. I only sleep averagely six hours a day, but wake up at least once in the middle of the night. ‘Thanks’ to my son for waking me up as he would ran out of his room and climb onto my bed and begin scratching. *sigh* How could I sleep with my boy hurting himself beside me?
I am really tired. I use the best eye gel to lighten the dark circle, but if continue to gain lack of sleep, there is nothing can be helped. Without a good sleep, it hurts not even the beauty but internal organs like liver as well.
*Sigh* When can my boy recover? …..??? And return my sleep….

I like to go to the cafe or sort of kopitiam place when meeting friends or discussing about business opportunities and other issue. I don’t like the environment in office or at home when wanting to discuss. It makes me feel dull. Maybe I am a kind of person who like to go out and see the crowd. LOL
There was once a man who offer service of asset based lenders to me and my hubby. I met him in Old Town Kopitiam while I was with my friend. I am considering some kind of health care business and it needs quite an amount of capital. I seek for hubby’s support, but he needs money for his investment too. I am stuck. Should I really go into accepting the service. I am worried to bear the debt for years……think twice again first.

Every time I drive pass the houses nearby my area, I would surely slow down my car to admire their beautiful outdoor garden lighting. The house is one of the corner house, and the owner builds a nice garden with a little resting hut and a small pond. Well, it is lovely. My kids dream to have a big house like this, as they can play basket ball in the garden. I understand, but how can we afford to buy such a big house! I in return ask them to buy me one when they grow up and start earn money. Another thing is, need to spend more to ask people to maintain the grass and plants in the garden. If not, there would be problem on mosquitoes and maybe, sssssssnake!!!! Yuck!

Whenever I visit some of the high standard of environmental dining cafe or restaurant, I would especially watch closely on their furniture and decorations. I don’t know why, as I am not creative or interested in any interior design. I have my new house, new furniture and wall paint already. Yeah, even though it’s no more new after almost nine months!
That day, my best friend told me that she has reserved for a new set of modern sofa and a dining table. She is moving to her new house at the end of the year. She even told me that she plans to buy some log furniture for her outdoor garden. Wow, sounds great! After listening to her, and seeing her furniture, I wish my current set of sofa would rag and I could buy a whole new set for my house again! Sound so greedy and silly!! How wasteful right? Just thought only…… ;p

I have been to Everland in Korea, which is known as Disneyland in the country few years back. I followed tour package, and therefore it was just a sight-seeing trip in Everland. It needs a day to really enjoy the games in there as it is truly very BIG! Well, I was allowed to stay up for three hours based on the tight schedule, and there were so many people queuing for games as it was school holiday at that time.
At that moment, all I wish was to be able to bring my kids there once when they grow older.
Now that they are already 5 and 8 years old. I guess they know how to play well. I often being attracted to Disney vacation packages advertised online. I really hope to take my kids for holidays in Disney. Well, I have discussed with hubby and I have to seek his available free time and ‘full pocket‘ for us! Got what I mean?? LOL

I don’t like Korean food much, so do my kids and hubby. But I will choose it if I am looking for plain, less oily and heaty food.

Actually I shouldn’t call it plain. These side dishes themselves don’t look plain, but mostly leafy like with most vegetable types.
My little boy was so sleepy that time when we were at Yea Won Restaurant. It was just 7pm! Maybe he started to feel tired during the quiet moment after whole day hard playing with his cousins. He was with us only. We left parents-in-law’s house just now. He was making noise, lying here and there, if possible he would want some bed mattresses laid on the floor. The only food he was waiting impatiently was his sushi!

To our disappointment, we didn’t like this kind of sushi much either. We still prefer to go for Japanese food.

From the poster on the exhibition board in Berjaya Resort, Pulau Langkawi, the word ‘Japanese restaurant‘ made the kids drool. They just thought of lovely sushi! On the last day of our trip, we made it to have our lunch there which is located in Oriental Village near the entrance of Berjaya Resort.
To our disappointment, not much varieties of cooked sushi in menu. Just these two below ………..

No choice, when the kids were not full, they took some rice from my set meal here. Then they stepped away to play with their newly bought toys. We continued to enjoy our food.

Hubby always like beef…. really not good to take too often. Bad for health …. but he won’t listen! *sigh*

Above is the same.

A plate of vegetables to balance our acidic body…. ;p
