  • Avoid junk and fast foods

Fast food is coming loaded with calories. If you can’t stop eating fast food than at least reduce its quantity, it will help to burn some calories

  • Drinking water

Drink 8 glasses of water each day can help you to lose weight and make you active. This habit will also help you to moisturize your skin too.

  • Choose your exercise buddy

Make a good friend and invite her at your home or go to at her home for exercise after school in working days daily and on the weekend spend a lot of togetherness. Doing any kind of activity with someone good makes you feel light and happy and also give you a quality time.

Don’t spend your money on expensive tools and high gym fee, let’s make your home best place for every those exercises which can make you smart, for example; make your driveway a new hot spot for get-togethers like soccer, hockey, basketball and other pickup games.

  • Set a goal

Set a goal in writing that you will lose at least one pound per week. Write your everyday routine in your dairy. By regularly check up upon yourself will make you conscious about your health, and you’ll lose almost 50 pounds in a year.

  • Pushups

While watching TV you can do pushups, dips and lunges. Start with one exercise and after some time switch to another exercise even 30-40 minutes per day can make you smart.
